IFCA Executive Director Richard Bargas discusses the differences between a conference and a convention and why the IFCA Convention is better. Along with the difference, he shares a few of the features first-time attendees can expect as well as some highlights for this year, along with a few bits of "inside information" (shhh), and some of the extra activities you can plan on attending.
