To provide qualified, trained and experienced ministers to serve in the Armed Forces, the VA, the Bureau of Prisons, hospitals, first-responder organizations and the marketplace. Chaplain's often influence people's lives when they are at their most difficult. Their goal is to walk with them through life's challenges, pointing them toward the saving grace of Jesus Christ.
While many of our chaplains do serve in the military, many chaplains serve in other areas of life. Hospitals, prisons and jails, fire departments, police forces, college campuses, to veterans and businesses all need and benefit from chaplains.
Dr. Bill Dickens, Ch, Brig Gen, U.S. Air Force (Ret.) serves as the Director of Chaplaincy and Endorser. Rev. Mike Osladil provides supervision for our VA and hospital chaplains.
Requirements for BCC endorsement: (Note, all chaplains must be an IFCA member before the endorsement process will begin)
Additionally, all chaplains are expected to maintain membership in IFCA International
