Bible Churches
Chaplaincy

The Bible Churches Chaplaincy is the official endorsing agency of IFCA International and its primary ministry is to encourage young pastors, or pastoral candidates, to serve as Armed Forces military chaplains.

A Great Commission ministry in a military setting

Now then, we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God were pleading through us: we implore you on Christ's behalf, be reconciled to God.
- 2 Corinthians 5:21
What's the goal of chaplaincy?

To provide qualified, trained and experienced ministers to serve in the Armed Forces, the VA, the Bureau of Prisons, hospitals, first-responder organizations and the marketplace. Chaplain's often influence people's lives when they are at their most difficult. Their goal is to walk with them through life's challenges, pointing them toward the saving grace of Jesus Christ.

Is chaplaincy only for the military?

While many of our chaplains do serve in the military, many chaplains serve in other areas of life. Hospitals, prisons and jails, fire departments, police forces, college campuses, to veterans and businesses all need and benefit from chaplains.

Who leads Bible Churches Chaplaincy?

Dr. Bill Dickens, Ch, Brig Gen, U.S. Air Force (Ret.) serves as the Director of Chaplaincy and Endorser. Rev. Mike Osladil provides supervision for our VA and hospital chaplains.
